About Us
We met in college at Lubbock Christian University and have been married since 2014. Both of us grew up in church atmospheres and have enjoyed growing in deeper relationship with God, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit.
We’ve been working together in ministry since 2016. We spent seven years in youth ministry & loved it.
We have now stepped into a full-time podcast ministry for college students and young adults to equip them in their relationships. In our spare time, you will find us reading, playing video games, traveling, and snacking.

About Abide and Thrive
In 2017 we were youth ministers teaching at a church camp, Encounter, in Lubbock Texas. We taught a class on relationships - it went over really well! Every year when we went back to camp, we continued to teach on relationships with a big focus on encouragement based on the truth of God’s word.
Though we didn’t know it then, this was the beginning of what we have now stepped into full-time.
Abide and Thrive is a podcast ministry encouraging others in their singleness, dating, and marriage. While we often speak into romantic relationships, much of what we lean into applies to all types of relationships, particularly a person’s relationship with God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit.
Our primary audience is 18-35 year olds. From time to time you will find us at speaking engagements. Mostly, we spend time sharing truth on our podcast - the Abide and Thrive Podcast.
